Mr. J Shankar is Graduate in Economics & Post graduate in Management and Public relations. Over 23 years of work experience across Trade Fairs/ Exhibitions, Printing, Publishing, Media and HR sectors in Marketing, Business Development and General Management functions. Having served prominent establishments like Emel Polymer Industries, Financial Express, Business Standard, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) wherein served in southern and Northern region of CII in Trade fairs  and Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd, in various capacities, His expertise is reflected in his dual proficiency of business consulting and marketing solutions. The last stint was with Longhouse strategic Consulting India private Limited – German based Consulting firm as  Director and CEO  Prior to  Joining back with CII July 2009  as Director at New Delhi.

Current role: New Product Development( Launching of new shows across the country) involving Data Analysis, Data Mining,  Strategic Tie- ups. Integrated Communication for CII Trade Fairs & International quality audit of Trade Fairs. Specialized Activities like - Guest Faculty at Bharathidasan Institute of Management – Trichy, SJC College of Management – Mysore for Public Relations and Printing for the second year MBA. Conducting Personality development workshops like Leadership and Communication  for Various SME Enterprises.
