KV Nagendra Prasad has a degree in Mechanical Engineering, a post graduate degree in Marketing Management and CEM (Certified in Exhibition Management) certification from IAEE, USA. Mr. Prasad, has about 20 years experience in sales, marketing, business development and commercial operations in real estate, telecom, retail and trade fairs sectors. He has been associated with the exhibition industry since the year 2002 and has been involved in hosting and organising trade fairs and exhibitions. He is the Chief Operating Officer of HITEX Exhibition Center, Hyderabad, a purpose built exhibition venue promoted by the State Government under public-private partnership mode. He is responsible for the business and operations of HITEX Exhibition Center.
Mr. Prasad is currently the President of the prestigious Indian Exhibition Industry Association (IEIA) and also participates actively in various national and international industry forums
Rakesh Kumar is responsible for the promotion of Exports from India in general and small and medium sector in particular. Currently Executive Director of most premier Export Promotion Trade Organization in India i.e. Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts, having membership of more than 10,000 member exporters and one of the Board of Director of the India Exposition Mart, a first state of art project for the cottage sector. Mr. Kumar is also on the board of National Centre for Trade Information(NCTI) as a Director and Ex officio Member, Past President of Indian Exhibition Industry Association.
Born in Cairo, Ravinder is the son of an Indian career diplomat. Having spent most of his early life around the world, he ended up doing his Bachelors in Economics (Hons) from Hindu Collage and Masters in Business Economics from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi.
He got into the exhibition logistics arena in 1977, and in 1986, established along with his wife, Kiran, R.E. Rogers India Pvt. Ltd. Beyond logistics, Ravinder and R.E. Rogers play a very active role, both in India and globally, in the overall exhibition industry.
He has been past-Chairman of IELA (the International Exhibition of Logistics Association); founder - member and presently on the Executive Committee of the IEIA (Indian Exhibition Industry Association), as Vice president; member of associations as the IAEE/AFECA/ etc. ; and, most important, member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of UFI (the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry) - the only Indian to reach this post.
Rajiv Malhotra, Chief Executive Officer of Lotus Exhibitions & Marketing Services and Managing Director of Veronafiere Lems India Pvt. Ltd. He is a post-graduate in Italian history of Art, Philosophy, language and Management Economics; he pursued these studies in Italy. Widely traveled, he has over twenty five years experience in marketing, brand promotion, events and has led over 150 trade delegations abroad across a wide range of sectors.
Rajiv is also the ex-Chairman of Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry – NR and has been conferred OSSI Knighthood by the President of Italy. It is one of Italy’s five highest-ranking awards and has been conferred in recognition of his contribution to the promotion of Indo-Italian relations in the field of trade and culture.
His company has organized various trade shows in the field of food & beverage, beauty and well-being and multi-sector B2B meets. He has recently done a joint venture with Veronafiere, a leading Italian Trade Fair organization. The new company, Veronafiere LEMS India Pvt. Ltd., aims at organizing events in various sectors bringing in world class organizational know-how to India.

Balasubramanian.S is the Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer of Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers’ Association (IMTMA) and Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC). IMTMA is the apex industry association for machine tools in India and BIEC is India’s preferred exhibition centre for engineering and industrial exhibitions.
Balasubramanian has been associated with IMTMA since 2007 and is leading its flagship machine tool exhibition IMTEX. He has played a pivotal role in taking IMTEX to next level besides supporting the association to introduce new shows in various regions of the country. He heads sales, marketing, facility, operations and corporate communications within the association and plays an enabling role for the brand building of trade fairs and BIEC.

In his carrier, he has managed prestigious events of Government of India, The Institution of Engineers (India), IITs, ADB, World Bank, United Nations, Medical Council of India and Trade Associations etc. He has extensive experience in sales, marketing & operations management and turning around MICE related venues into profitable venture through tie-ups with international associations & exhibition organisers. His hands-on knowledge of role & functioning of Professional Conference & Exhibition Organizers; Industry Associations and Councils have been useful for event biding/conceiving/executing commercially & academically successful trade shows. Immediate past experience was as General Manager (Fairs & Exhibition and Epi Centre Management) at Apparel Export Promotion Council (AEPC), overseeing the entire trade promotion activities including launching of the Made In India Show, Source Zone through Government of India including promotion of the venue. Prior to AEPC, he was associated with BIEC (Bangalore International Exhibition Centre) & IMTMA (Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers' Association). He was Process Owner of IMTEX, (India International Machine Tool Exhibition) a multi budget event and has also launched Modern Machine Shop trade show.
Mr. Max Fernandes has been promoted to Director - Operations at UBM India Pvt. Ltd. Prior to this role, Max was Head - India Operations, with UBM India for two years. Max, started his career in the advertising & exhibitions industry in 1990 and along this journey has acquired a rich experience of below the line advertising, exhibitions displays and now into operations of organizing exhibitions.
An eye for detailing and meticulous planning being his forte and the combination to seamlessly gel around, his focus is to streamline the working in the exhibitions industry to create a safer working environment for all.
