25th Edition of Sign & Graphic Imaging Show Held at Dubai World Trade Centre
The 25th edition of the Sign & Graphic Imaging (SGI) Dubai Show, the Middle East’s largest sign and graphics imaging show, was held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from September 19-21, 2022. It is the largest trade exhibition in the region for sign-makers, print production houses, gift and promotion companies, media agencies, mall owners, car wrapping industry, real-estate developers, hospitality and tourism industries, 3D printing industry, architects, brand and image consultants, and other stakeholders in the printing, signage, and imaging industries.
The 2022 edition of the trade show featured innovations from industry leaders and focused on emerging trends in signage, especially digital signage. Multinational brands from the USA, South Korea, China, UAE, India, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan also exhibited at the three-day event.
Mona Al Marri, Director-General, Government of Dubai Media Office, opened the show. She stated that hosting the region’s leading printing and signage trade show shows Dubai’s growing prominence as a business event destination.
Sharif Rahman, CEO, International Expo Consults (IEC), asserted that SGI Dubai is not a B2B exhibition but an innovation ecosystem that connects brilliant minds across vertical industries. He also said that the printing and sign industry has gotten back on a strong growth track, with people in the industry seeing signs of growth since the start of the year.
M Karthik, Chief Catalyst, SGI Dubai, revealed that most SGI Dubai show visitors are Tier 1 decision makers, such as CEOs and owners, and Tier 2 decision influencers, such as production, marketing, and technical managers.
