To restart events with all the precautions in place, HITEX, the purpose built exhibition venue in Hyderabad is all set to host events with enhanced safety measures that will ensure the health and safety of all stakeholders including -organizers, exhibitors, visitors, tenants, contractors, staff, labour, etc. For all the sanitization processes, procedures laid down by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India and National Safety Council of India shall be followed by the venue.

Srikanth, Business Head, HITEX said, “Like other business undertakings, we at HITEX are hopeful that the Exhibition Industry will also receive permissions from the authorities to reopen very soon. Keeping this in mind our team has designed a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) which outlines the best practices of HITEX venue to ensure the health and safety of all stakeholders (organizers, exhibitors, visitors, contractors, staff, labour, etc.) to perform business/duties and conduct events during the COVID-19 crisis and post lockdown.”

He further added, “At HITEX it has always been our endeavour to keep the interest of our customers on priority and while creating the SOPs we have considered the specific requirements to ensure prevention, detection and response measures to be taken by HITEX as well as all the stakeholders.”

Speaking about the need for emergency medical support he assured that the HITEX’s fully equipped medical centre has doctors and paramedics available on call and an in-house ambulance available round the clock.
