Deutsche Telekom said that its subsidiary Telekom Healthcare Solutions will showcase an app for diabetics at the virtual digital health trade fair DMEA on June 17. Telekom Healthcare Solutions will show how telemedicine improves the support for patients with diabetes. Patients can save their data via an app on an online portal, and patients, doctors, clinics, pharmacies and health insurers can exchange medical information over the open platform Telehealth 360 (TH360). Doctors can constantly review the health conditions of their patients.  

The company has also developed a cybersecurity package for hospitals. Security specialists check the existing IT architecture to find weak points and implement solutions to protect the hospital from cyber-attacks. Telekom will showcase the solution on 18 June at the trade fair.
